Over the past few years there is an ever-shrinking divide between the pursuit of alpinism and the once singular persuit of trail running. What perhaps began as a cross training method for athletes, has rapidly shifted both of these sports forever. Trail runners are now pushing past the limits of conventional trails and entering into the vertical worlds of technical terrain. Likewise alpinists are learning from the running world, training differently wearing new, lighter gear, and heralding in a new round of record setting ascent times. JoinnJenny and Lukas as they help us navigate this new world.
