Event Details:

Start your Sunday on the water with a two-hour paddle boarding session at beautiful Alta Lake. Whether you're looking for a memorable fall morning on the water, wanting to try a selection of new paddleboards and the latest gear, or hone in on your skills, this will be a great way to start your day in Whistler. Explore one of Whistler's iconic lakes and learn from a certified instructor who will be on hand throughout the session to offer guidance, tips, and support. Please note: Additional session details will be emailed to participants closer to the event, including the meeting location, what to bring, and recommended clothing and footwear.

Meet Your Host:

Ken Larsen

Paddle boarder, father, teacher

Ken is a respected teacher, instructor and mentor, and he is on a mission to spread the stoke of SUP and Surf. He has been a middle/high school teacher for the past 20 years, a Paddle Canada instructor and instructor trainer for a decade plus, and owner of Larsen SUP Adventures. He teaches flatwater courses primarily out of Cultus Lake and whitewater courses on the Vedder/Chilliwack river.
