Dr. Chris Bertram is a Senior Director of Applied Neuroscience at EXOS, a past Professor at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) and a respected figure in sport and performance science. Chris also serves as a mental performance and flow coach for Canada Snowboard and the PGA Tour. His work bridges academic research and applied athletics, helping elite athletes optimize focus, performance, and mental resilience at the highest levels of competition.
